My motivation to join Catalyst is to build a sustainable and scalable primary healthcare model for chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Through on-ground experience, I’ve learned that awareness is not enough—long-term adherence and financial sustainability are the real challenges. Catalyst offers the right ecosystem to refine these through mentorship and peer learning. I aim to strengthen our revenue model and scaling strategy while contributing practical grassroots insights.
