Sustainable Ecosystem Development Association (SEDA)

Sustainable Ecosystem Development Association (SEDA) is a Cameroon based registered non-profit organization that seeks to ensure human wellbeing and related settlement. SEDA works in three thematic areas focusing on curbing poverty, hunger, illiteracy, climate change targeting women and youths far left behind in grassroots underserved communities. SEDA has as Vision "sustainable ecosystems with equitable distribution of resources for improved livelihoods within all parts and wholes", and a Mission "to reach cities and local communities through innovative advocacy, improving livelihoods, ensuring natural and sustainable ecosystems with rights respect of all components". With this, SEDA has been focused on providing transferable life skills to women and youths in grassroots communities aimed at youth empowerment and self-sustainable job creation while raising change agents through our entrepreneurship programs, training on climate smart agriculture and carrying out restoration initiatives.

We hope to share knowledge and experience on youth leadership and professional development, and to learn how to do stakeholder engagement and capacity building on diversifying source of funds for community projects.
