Synertium delivers strategic sustainability business consulting and project management services into realizable social innovation action plans that can bring the positive changes from a triple bottom accountability approach. Accompanying on the project’s success path, we offer 4 core and interrelated services. 1) Strategic organization sustainability evaluation and transition or integrating sustainability practices in the business model structure. 2) Consulting and project management implementation of a holistic circular economy around triple bottom impacts 3) Projects impact planning, monitoring, and reporting for compliance, investors, grants, theory of change improvement along the storytelling participation to the SDGs 4) We offer an on-demand Chief Sustainability Officer role to organizations. As a tierce party CSO, we come with key in hand methodologies, making this role financially more accessible, less biased on the sustainability perception of current activities and faster than training and dedicating an internal resource. Each project is explored and developed towards a solid financial, social and environmental resiliency model, that is structured and measured in a pilot project. With the organizations, we plan the timeline, resources, budget, performance indicators, stakeholder's ecosystem mapping and management methodologies. The projects we worked on are supporting local community economies, social structure development, environmental impacts reduction practices and education programs implementation support.
