Tanzania Community Foundation Network – TCFN

TCFN is a Non Profit independent Organization registered body under Trustees Incorporation Act, 3485 Cap 318 in 2016 and already has more than 30 Community Foundations members and local partners in Tanzania which acts as a bridge between community foundations (formal and informal) and the partners nationally and globally in back-ups innovative SDGs implementation activities owned by the communities themselves.
