I am the founder of the first social enterprise ambulance service system in Ethiopia. I am a nurse anesthetist by profession. I was working for 17 years as anesthetist in the biggest teaching and referral government hospital in Addis Ababa. Ethiopia is on the top in the global list of road traffic accidents. 194 death/10,000 licensed vehicles, from this victims only 4% came to the hospital with Ambulance the rest are coming with taxi and personal car without any life saving measure.
