Teens Sphere Initiative

Our organisation, the Teens Sphere Initiative, aims to bridge learning gaps and address gender disparities among teenagers in marginalized communities through mentorship, educational resources, and community engagement. Core activities include mentorship programs, the Pad Innovation Project offering sanitary resources and menstrual health education, and the Teens Sphere Academy providing an Afternoon School Intervention Program and inclusive education for teens with disabilities. Our mission is to empower teenagers in marginalized communities through education and mentorship, fostering personal and academic growth. Our theory of change centers on empowering teenagers to become agents of change through support, resources, and education, leading to positive societal transformation. Impact areas include improved academic performance, overall well-being, enhanced self-esteem, and increased access to opportunities for teenagers in marginalized communities.
