We founded and built South Pole to over 1000 employees and made it the most impactful player in fighting climate change. As founders, we still hold >20% in it. I have my board role, am in the people committee, and we have all the interest in making South Pole successful. But we have handed over our operational roles to the next generation of leaders and want to use our knowledge, experience, and networks to generate the highest positive impact. Thus why we founded Terra Impact Ventures inh 2024.
