Barrington Chungulo, founder of The Dream Factory, is a social entrepreneur dedicated to empowering youth. Through initiatives like the Social Entrepreneurship Masterclasses, Global Changemakers Zambia, and the Hult Prize 2021 Lusaka Impact Summit, he has trained over 10,000 social entrepreneurs and fostered cross-sector collaboration. His “Future of Zambia – Top 30 Under 30” honors young Zambian achievers, exemplifying his commitment to systemic, sustainable development and youth empowerment.
