Our analysis shows that access to good work confers protection against the health, social and economic shocks of the pandemic at all levels. Our approach is unique as it seeks to develop an end-to-end supply chain and business support ecosystem which can specifically: • Make entrepreneurship more accessible to underrepresented groups. • Provide fail-forward vocational learning pathways into better-paid/ higher-skilled jobs. • Reduce failure rates of startup SME's & social enterprises. • Create freemium revenue and marketing opportunities for all ecosystem/stakeholder partners.
