TuConsejeria works on closing the access gap of mental health among underserved populations with a crisis support chat solution and video/audio therapies. These allow users to find psychological support in an affordable and confidential way. TuConsejeria has a web-based HIPAA compliant platform and uses WhatsApp to adapt to their users’ needs and usage behaviors. TuConsejeria developed protocols and guidelines to give as much support as possible to users. All interactions are human based to secure a cultural fit with users from any background.
