Inclusive socio-economic and environmentally sustainable development through design. PL Sustainable Leather. An exotic, premium material made of fish skin discarded by artisanal filleting cooperatives on the northern coasts of Central America. We collaborate and operate along coastal communities, in the most excluded and difficult to access areas, with the highest rate of unemployment and nonexistent opportunities of Honduras and Costa Rica.

We both(Catalyst and me) have a shared visión, a similar passion, and a very rewarding journey…to make global communities thrive. As well as Catalyst, I strive to understand problems, go where others overlook, and build sustainable solutions with those I love. I want to do more with what i've been given. I am a nature enthuisiast. I want to include people, regenerate waste, nurture the oceans, and change lives. Concearned by the way we humans produce, what we consume and what the planet needs, I developed a sustainable fish skin leather with an innovative methodology on how to design an inclusive business towards positive social and climate change. I equip women in coastal communities with the technical skills and knowledge they need to become sustainable entrepeneurs. Teaching them my patented formula to transform previously discarded fish skins into a value added exotic leather, inspiring and empowering them to become businessowners. Mi mission is to create a future of interconnected coastal communities aware of their power to transform their own resources and the livelihoods of their communities while preserving the oceans.
