WOMEN ADVOCATING FOR GENDER SOLUTIONS AND MENTORSHIP (WAGS-M) VISION Wags-m is a non-profit organization that is focused on empowering and uplifting women and girls from diverse backgrounds through various programs, resources, and advocacy efforts, OUR MISSION Wags-m aims to create a world where women and girls can lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to society. Core values Empowerment Gender Equality Inclusivity Respect Education Social Justice Collaboration Transparency and Accountability Advocacy Empathy OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES; 1) To create a supportive community where women and girls can connect, share experiences, and uplift each other, fostering a sense of belonging and sisterhood. 2) To embark on education and skills empowerment for women and girls. 3) To empower and uplift women and girls from diverse backgrounds through economic empowerment, leadership and professional development, and addressing gender related challenges. 4) To foster a supportive community that encourages personal growth and equality for all. 5) Engage women in grassroots community projects, such as sustainable agriculture, waste management, and reforestation, to address local environmental issues and strengthen community resilience 6) Advocate for gender-inclusive climate policies and solutions, emphasizing the unique impact of environmental issues on women and advocating for their active involvement in climate action. 7) Provide training and education to women in sustainable practices, renewable energy, eco-friendly agriculture, and offering access to financial resources, mentorship and network to launch and grow eco-friendly businesses.
