Wisdomway Impact Foundation (Wisdomway Impact)

Wisdomway Impact is a global social impact non-profit organization advancing mental wellbeing, equitable wellbeing, youth leadership, and systems-level transformation under the guiding principle of “inner peace to world peace.” It works across Canada, Korea, and multiple countries in Africa and the Global South, addressing rising mental health challenges, social disconnection, and inequality through integrated approaches that combine mindfulness, education, and social innovation. The organization designs experiential programs, leadership development initiatives, and cross-cultural learning exchanges that equip young people and emerging leaders with emotional resilience, ethical leadership capacity, and practical tools for social impact. Its work bridges the Global North and Global South through partnerships with local NGOs, educators, and community-based organizations, ensuring culturally grounded and co-created solutions rather than top-down interventions. Wisdomway Impact is also building a digital ecosystem to connect volunteers, donors, and grassroots initiatives more efficiently, with the goal of decentralizing access to impact opportunities and improving transparency in the social sector. A key focus is youth leadership development, supporting young people to move from survival-driven systems toward purpose-driven engagement in sustainability, wellbeing, and social entrepreneurship. The organization is grounded in contemplative principles drawn from mindfulness, emphasizing interdependence, compassion, and systemic awareness as foundations for leadership and social change. These principles are translated into modern frameworks for education, mental health resilience, and organizational development. Wisdomway Impact was founded by AJ Kim, a social entrepreneur, global impact strategist, and meditation practitioner who has worked across Canada, Korea, and multiple countries in Africa and the Global South. Her work bridges contemplative practice with systems innovation to support more humane and sustainable approaches to global development.

I’m joining Catalyst 2030 to connect with a global community working on practical systems change. My focus is strengthening how wellbeing, leadership, and social innovation are integrated into real-world programs for youth and communities across different regions. I contribute experience in cross-cultural collaboration, leaders development, and building initiatives that link personal resilience with collective impact. I'm looking to learn and form partnerships for scaling impact.
