My motivation to be part of Catalyst now is driven by my commitment to strengthening community-led environmental action and scaling the impact of the work I am already leading in Sierra Leone. At this critical moment—when climate challenges are intensifying and the need for innovative, people-centered solutions is urgent—Catalyst offers the mentorship, strategic support, and collaborative network I need to refine my ideas, accelerate ongoing conservation initiatives, and build stronger partnerships for sustainable change. Joining Catalyst will empower me to expand my leadership, enhance the effectiveness of our grassroots interventions, and contribute more meaningfully to regional and global climate resilience efforts.
