WoW University – WoW means Women of Wonder

The goal of this university is to ensure lifelong learning for women and contribute to the social and economic empowerment of women in Lithuania. Our aim is to empower women to navigate through life with self-belief, confidence in their abilities, and competencies. This empowerment enables them to create meaningful value for both themselves and society. We provide knowledge and practical tools that empower women to pursue desired career changes and remain competitive in the job market. Thanks to our training, women find it easier to reenter the workforce or even avoid job loss in the future. Quality is our top priority. At the university, we bring together professionals from our country: specialists who have earned international recognition, entrepreneurs, and scholars who create exceptional content exclusively for community members. We are a non-governmental organization that offers paid services, ensuring the sustainability of our operations.
