Yamm Services is a boutique consultancy, based in Toronto with global presence. We partner with nonprofits and social enterprises to help them realize their missions. We were founded in April 2023 by Janine Ayoub and Ali Zaraket, both newcomers to Canada, in the very same month we arrived. Within weeks of starting Yamm, we hit the ground running, with clients lined up; an early sign that our vision met a real need. Since then, we’ve supported more than fifteen organizations, from grassroots initiatives to larger nonprofits, and helped some achieve revenue growth of more than 160%. What sets Yamm apart is our belief that in order to bring about social change, we need to be able to imagine it. That’s why we craft stories that matter. Many nonprofits, especially small and medium-sized ones, lack in-house staff to manage fundraising, communications, or program development. Instead of piecemeal services, Yamm provides full-circle support: Fractional Fundraising: embedding ourselves as part of their team to design and run effective strategies. Coaching: working side by side with leaders and staff to build skills and develop hands-on tools Storytelling & Content Creation: producing videos, campaigns, and social media content that inspire action. Program and Social Enterprise Design: helping nonprofits build resilient initiatives that go beyond traditional funding. Solution design & Innovation: we have created a lab to design tech solutions and collaborate with organizations in product development We are diverse, feminists and polymath (multi-passionate).
