Youth Climate Collaborative

Youth Climate Collaborative is a global, youth-led organization providing an ecosystem of support that sustains youth climate leaders and advances their initiatives through skills building, access, and community. We envision a climate movement where youth are seen, supported, and celebrated—not just as future leaders, but as leaders of today. A movement rooted in care, justice, and collaboration, where every young person has the relationships, resources, and resilience they need to sustain their leadership and create lasting change. Together we can create a more accessible, inclusive, and intergenerational climate movement that sets young leaders up for success and improves the livelihoods of all. Our programs are grounded in community and designed with youth who are already leading. They include regional hubs, mental health–centered leadership development, and Jaali, an open-access digital platform that connects youth to funding, mentorship, and learning opportunities. We believe youth are not future leaders in waiting. They are leading now. As part of the CatalystNow network, we look forward to contributing youth-led approaches to systems change while learning from others who are also working to shift power, create belonging, and reimagine what collaborative impact can look like. We see this as an opportunity to strengthen cross-movement solidarity, build collective infrastructure, and support the next generation of changemakers with care at the center.
