I am the Founder of African Women in Technology (AWIT), a platform I’ve built over the past 10 years offering training in emerging fields such as blockchain, AI, and digital skills. AWIT has convened communities in Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Mozambique, and is based in Kenya, creating access points and mentorship that help women thrive in the digital space. Building on this legacy, I am now developing Lumo Hub, an AI-powered initiative at its MVP stage that connects students, creatives, and entrepreneurs to certifications, freelance opportunities, and community studios. Across both, my work is rooted in lived experience, mentorship, and a commitment to community-led growth across Africa and the diaspora.

I'm here to help scale the impact of "Project 17" Project 17 is a collaborative effort that brings together various stakeholders such as artists, corporations, governments, civil society, and the world, to power the music, spread awareness, and drive impact. By leveraging the power of music, a universal language, we can foster sustainability in an authentic way. Moreover, the music industry has a wealth of marketing campaign strategies that could be repurposed to raise awareness and inspire change. Through Project 17, we aim to demonstrate the alignment between renewable energy and musical performance, while driving environmental sustainability. Our vision is to reimagine the role of youth in relation to the planet they will inherit and empower them to take action for a more sustainable future. Project 17 is an initiative that unites corporations, governments, civil society, artists, and the world to utilize music and musical talents to promote sustainability in an authentic way. AY Young, the founder of Project 17, believes that music is a universal language that can raise awareness and inspire change. With the music industry's existing marketing campaign strategies and processes, Project 17 aims to catalyze the reach and impact power of celebrities, brands, and NGOs to achieve collective SDGs action, making a real difference. One of the unique aspects of Project 17 is that 75% of the funds generated are given to Implementation Partners who are actively working to make a difference. This aligns with the initiative's vision of reimagining a greater role for youth in relation to the planet they will inherit. By harnessing the power of music, culture, and art, Project 17 seeks to bring in young people and empower them to take an active role in driving environmental sustainability. The combination of renewable energy and musical performance is at the heart of Project 17. The initiative demonstrates a fusion of sustainability and creativity, making it both innovative and appealing to young people. I would like to join Catalyst Now because I believe that the complex challenges facing our communities (including weak governance, declining civic participation, climate vulnerability, and inequality) cannot be solved by individual organizations working alone. They require collective action, shared learning, and cross-sector collaboration. Through Youth for Integrity Building (YIB), I have worked alongside young people, communities, civil society organizations, and public institutions to strengthen integrity, accountability, ethical leadership, and meaningful youth participation. This experience has reinforced my belief that lasting change happens when diverse actors come together around a shared purpose. Joining Catalyst Now would provide an opportunity to connect with a global community of changemakers, exchange innovative approaches, build strategic partnerships, and contribute practical insights from grassroots work in Kenya. At the same time, I hope to learn from others who are advancing systems change in different contexts and apply those lessons to strengthen our work. I see Catalyst Now not only as a network but as a movement that aligns with my values of collaboration, inclusion, integrity, and sustainable impact. I am eager to both contribute to and learn from this community as we work collectively to accelerate progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals.

Joining Catalyst Now is deeply meaningful to me because it brings together many of the things I care about most: collaboration across cultures, social transformation, and rethinking systems from the ground up. As a student of a Master's in Human Rights focused on critical theory — a perspective that invites us to question traditional structures, listen to diverse voices, and imagine new ways of achieving justice and sustainability. Catalyst Now’s approach — grounded in collective action, systems change, and co-creation — resonates strongly with how I want to contribute to the world. I’m inspired by the global network of changemakers it brings together, and I see this internship as a unique opportunity to connect theory with practice, and to learn from a movement that puts care, impact, and innovation at the center.

Profits from our organization will be reinvested in agrivoltaic projects and land rehabilitation that integrates solar wherever possible.

VTeamLabs is extremely motivated to make our current endeavors (Learning products and solutions in Academia and Public Healthcare domain) count for broader community and seek suggested guidance and assistance from 360 Social Ventures to fuel our aspirations for global growth. As a case example, we care for healthy drivers in addressing business problems that pertain to Civic agencies that are not for-profit driven, but mission based. We are aware of Thirty-six (36) Customer Experience initiatives that focus on commitments to improve 17 Federal agencies with one key objective – “To improve the lives of the citizens”. Can we replicate the same internationally for global endeavors with mentorship and financial support from Funding agencies, Foundations, B2B corporates, NGOs alike? Our goal is to enable these Civic agencies as well as Private sector and NGOs focused on Training and learning, skilling, and reskilling initiatives with opportunities to create/edit SCORM content and provide eLearning consultancy through Front-line Technical workforce program (FTWP) – a potential open-source Solution framework with international IP protection and registered Trademark. Internationalization of open source-based LCMS solution offering on cloud will help us expand our global footprint and thereby creating newer markets leading to revenue growth. We aim to be the world-class provider of quality EdTech product/solution deployments (SaaS) on two of the world’s leading cloud platform providers from WA State in USA. We seek collaboration with Governments, NGOs and partner agencies, Cloud and Productivity software collaboration with companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Oracle to help us carry forward the Mission/Vision to ensure and drive impactful business solutions with customers' technology needs. VTeamLabs is also partnering with Smash, where we enable people to become more efficient and productive in all they do: working on projects, obtaining new skills and communicating with others. The Smash process includes AI-infused data about the conditions and context where people have passion and brilliance.

My motivation to join Catalyst Now stems from a deep commitment to accelerating the transition toward a just, regenerative, and climate-resilient future. I believe that addressing today’s global challenges—energy inequity, water insecurity, and unsustainable resource use—requires not only technological innovation but also systems thinking and inclusive collaboration. Catalyst Now embodies this intersection of science, community, and action. Its mission to empower local and global changemakers through co-created solutions aligns with my own values of equity, stewardship, and interdependence. I am particularly inspired by its emphasis on regenerative frameworks that move beyond sustainability toward restoring balance between people and the planet. Through Catalyst Now, I hope to contribute my experience in renewable energy systems, digital innovation, and climate infrastructure design while learning from diverse voices shaping the next generation of climate leadership. Together, we can catalyze the collective intelligence and creativity needed to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals and build thriving, resilient communities worldwide.

I hope to contribute to the movement by bringing a people centered perspective, grounded in both psychology and hands on leadership experience. I want to help create healthier, more supportive systems by sharing what I have learned from recruiting, operations and working in high pressure environments. I am someone who cares about thoughtful communication, fairness and practical solutions, and I hope to add that mindset to conversations and projects that aim to create long term positive change.

Sharing CTB’s effective method with Social Entrepreneurs would amplify access to joy and creativity. Critical thinking, social emotional learning, “out-of-the-box thinking” and problem-solving ignite in learning challenging choreography with profound themes. As our children try their hardest and never give up, they learn how to approach challenges in new and inventive ways: skills that are crucial in all fields, not just the arts. Learning from members and expanding this method builds capacity.

I am passionate about contributing to Catalyst Community 2030’s mission of driving global collaboration for a sustainable future. I hope to contribute by sharing insights from my work in multicultural education and media and AI literacy, particularly focusing on fostering global citizenship among children and families. From the community, I seek mentorship and collaboration opportunities that can help me to scale my initiative, connect to like-minded groups, therefore uplift and support one another in achieving goals for 2030.

I'm eager to connect with global leaders who share a commitment to equity and inclusion, especially in these challenging times. Collaboration is key to driving meaningful change at a greater scale and pace than any of us can achieve alone. With my expertise in gender-based violence, I hope to contribute to advancing gender equity and creating safer, more inclusive spaces for all.

Food and agriculture is the center of most of the issues we face as humans. Food and Agriculture check every box on this application. We want to collaborate with smarter people than us to help us build a new food and agriculture economy rather than try fix the legacy food and agriculture that has no interest in changing. Imagine what a corporate and consumer spends daily in our food economy and imagine that money going into regenerative agriculture and circular economic system.
