The IAFSN seeks to be a active partner, networking and forming mutually supportive relationships with other members and sharing, information, resources, connections, and ideas to further each others' and our collective work.
At Bridge for Billions we co-create inclusive incubation programs with our partners around the world to support early-stage entrepreneurs through their business model validation. I look forward to connecting and meeting like-minded individuals and organization through the Catalyst community to continue our journey of systemic impact.
I am the Founder of African Women in Technology (AWIT), a platform I’ve built over the past 10 years offering training in emerging fields such as blockchain, AI, and digital skills. AWIT has convened communities in Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Mozambique, and is based in Kenya, creating access points and mentorship that help women thrive in the digital space. Building on this legacy, I am now developing Lumo Hub, an AI-powered initiative at its MVP stage that connects students, creatives, and entrepreneurs to certifications, freelance opportunities, and community studios. Across both, my work is rooted in lived experience, mentorship, and a commitment to community-led growth across Africa and the diaspora.

ASTITVA aligns with Catalyst 2030’s vision by driving grassroots transformation in rural Chhattisgarh, empowering women through education, skill development, and economic independence. Our mission is to break barriers, foster entrepreneurship, and create systemic change for underserved communities. Through Catalyst 2030, we seek collaborations, global knowledge exchange, and access to resources that amplify our impact.
To engage with social entrepreneurs across the US and the worlds; to get Syracuse University students involved with Catalyst2030 and its programming; hope to roll-out a cross-campus, cross-disciplinary social innovation lab across Syracuse around SDG-related themes; hopefully do a presentation on system's change models for the May 2024 Catalyst programs; help build and support other faculty teaching social entrepreneurship - happy to share my syllabus and learning; work on collaborative projects in the impact space.

I'm here to help scale the impact of "Project 17" Project 17 is a collaborative effort that brings together various stakeholders such as artists, corporations, governments, civil society, and the world, to power the music, spread awareness, and drive impact. By leveraging the power of music, a universal language, we can foster sustainability in an authentic way. Moreover, the music industry has a wealth of marketing campaign strategies that could be repurposed to raise awareness and inspire change. Through Project 17, we aim to demonstrate the alignment between renewable energy and musical performance, while driving environmental sustainability. Our vision is to reimagine the role of youth in relation to the planet they will inherit and empower them to take action for a more sustainable future.
Project 17 is an initiative that unites corporations, governments, civil society, artists, and the world to utilize music and musical talents to promote sustainability in an authentic way. AY Young, the founder of Project 17, believes that music is a universal language that can raise awareness and inspire change. With the music industry's existing marketing campaign strategies and processes, Project 17 aims to catalyze the reach and impact power of celebrities, brands, and NGOs to achieve collective SDGs action, making a real difference.
One of the unique aspects of Project 17 is that 75% of the funds generated are given to Implementation Partners who are actively working to make a difference. This aligns with the initiative's vision of reimagining a greater role for youth in relation to the planet they will inherit. By harnessing the power of music, culture, and art, Project 17 seeks to bring in young people and empower them to take an active role in driving environmental sustainability.
The combination of renewable energy and musical performance is at the heart of Project 17. The initiative demonstrates a fusion of sustainability and creativity, making it both innovative and appealing to young people. Overall, Project 17 is a game changer in the field of sustainability, providing a unique platform for corporations, artists, and the world to come together and drive positive change.
To appreciate the nuances of systems change approach and the role of reconfiguring power dynamics to deal with the unintended negative consequences as a result of economic strengthening programs.

CoRe hopes to be a part of a community of practitioners driving systems change on the ground as well as by changing mindsets amongst funders, civil societies, and government. CoRe is hoping to find both knowledge partners and project partners to expand our programmatic reach. We hope to contribute our expertise on multi-stakeholder dialogue to other organizations and individuals in the Catalyst 2030 community, thereby strengthening equitable environmental resource governance efforts.

No one has all the answers/resources. We need Partnership/collaboration coming together @ our shared goals to amplify impact=transforming lives and systems. This is a remarkable group of global change-makers, both large and grassroots to connect with and share ideas...we're stronger together.

I was made aware of the community by member Manoj Panjwani. I am already a member of other network-driven communities built around collaboration to advance systems change, including Opportunity Collaboration + the Participatory Grantmaking Community of Practice (of which I am a co-founder). I get massive benefit out of these -- as a nonprofit news publisher, I am always looking for local-level data, and connections to thought leaders. I am interested in the Systems Change Learning spaces
We hope to contribute with sharing knowledge, networking and joint public health policy influence

I'm honored to be a part of a community of people who are likeminded and just as passionate about helping people and the planet as I am.
I want to contribute boldness and vulnerability to this community. My background in nonprofit strategy, combined with my lived experience as a Zimbabwean woman founder, gives me a perspective that bridges vision with practicality, grounded in both global insight and community-rooted care.
I believe need should be met with action, not just intention. For me, it is not enough to admire from the sidelines. I am here to build alongside others, to share what I know about development and resource building, and to co-create solutions that are daring, grounded, and transformative.

Bridging Gaps prioritizes collaboration and learning from our network - this has been a major part of our growth and culture in our first two years. As a young NGO, I am excited to join the CatalystNow community to learn from other members' journeys (in creating a board, for example!). We can share knowledge and networks in the refugee financial inclusion space. We are also working on several new programs in which we would love to engage community members.
I have been working with a Catalyst 2030 member and was referred by an second member (Rana Dajani). As a serial entrepreneur i am looking to learn more from the community about how to impact economic uplift in developing nations and what partnerships would benefit the constituents we work with.

Knology is a social science research organization committed to conducting research that leads to action. We work with partners in the public sector to so they can leverage research to create a more informed, inclusive, sustainable, and cooperative society. We would like to support the Catalyst 2030 community by sharing what we have learned through our research with the broader community, and working within and learning from the community about the key problems and challenges that need solutions.
As a foundation with deep networks in Latin America, we are always looking to build partnerships for greater leverage and impact.

Catalyst 2030’s collaborative, multi-stakeholder approach aligns with my belief that no single entity can solve the world's greatest challenges alone. By joining this global movement, I want to amplify my work in Miami and beyond, leveraging the collective power of social innovators to accelerate progress towards achieving the SDGs. The opportunity to collaborate with like-minded changemakers and share our unique solutions motivated me to become a part of this transformative community.
My work focuses on improving teaching and learning at the university and secondary school levels. Approaches such as Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) and Project-based Learning help students to master content and skills, preparing them for future careers. I have received grants, developed learning materials, led workshops, supported colleagues, and presented or published papers on my work. I have worked with faculty in the US, India, Ghana, Poland, and elsewhere.
Through Catalyst, I hope to find people with common interests and priorities.
I joined the Catalyst Now because I believe that a bottom-up approach to the climate crisis is essential to truly make a difference, either at a local scale or global perspective.

I would like to join Catalyst Now because I believe that the complex challenges facing our communities (including weak governance, declining civic participation, climate vulnerability, and inequality) cannot be solved by individual organizations working alone. They require collective action, shared learning, and cross-sector collaboration. Through Youth for Integrity Building (YIB), I have worked alongside young people, communities, civil society organizations, and public institutions to strengthen integrity, accountability, ethical leadership, and meaningful youth participation. This experience has reinforced my belief that lasting change happens when diverse actors come together around a shared purpose.
Joining Catalyst Now would provide an opportunity to connect with a global community of changemakers, exchange innovative approaches, build strategic partnerships, and contribute practical insights from grassroots work in Kenya. At the same time, I hope to learn from others who are advancing systems change in different contexts and apply those lessons to strengthen our work. I see Catalyst Now not only as a network but as a movement that aligns with my values of collaboration, inclusion, integrity, and sustainable impact. I am eager to both contribute to and learn from this community as we work collectively to accelerate progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals.

We hope to raise our visibility in and find partners to strengthen the mental health ecosystem worldwide, learn and collaborate among members of the Catalyst Movement, and would be happy to contribute connections and unique expertise we may have of value to the group (i.e. impact assessment, coaching and mentoring, regional partnerships).
I have a lot of different things to offer the community, and I'm willing to do anything I can to support it's mission. From the community, I hope to learn ways in which I can help, and sustainably build my company. I'm a 'solve a problem before it becomes a problem' rather than a 'solve a problem once it's become a problem' kind of person.

Joining Catalyst Now is deeply meaningful to me because it brings together many of the things I care about most: collaboration across cultures, social transformation, and rethinking systems from the ground up.
As a student of a Master's in Human Rights focused on critical theory — a perspective that invites us to question traditional structures, listen to diverse voices, and imagine new ways of achieving justice and sustainability. Catalyst Now’s approach — grounded in collective action, systems change, and co-creation — resonates strongly with how I want to contribute to the world. I’m inspired by the global network of changemakers it brings together, and I see this internship as a unique opportunity to connect theory with practice, and to learn from a movement that puts care, impact, and innovation at the center.
